The Voltage Controlled Vibrator was build for the theater play "Liebes Ferkel...Briefe an eine Hure". The topic of the play was prostitution.
The keyboard is an array of 1 Ohm Resistors. It controls the speed of the motor of the vibrator. With a coil I can pick up the sound of the motor, the electromagnetic field emitted by the motor. I also can control the volume of the sound by changing the distance between the coil and the motor. Watch the videoclip. |
